An automatic mahjong table is a motorized table that shuffles, stacks, and deals tiles automatically, making gameplay faster and more convenient.

We offer various models, including Ascent, Kinetic, and Cyclone, each designed with unique features to suit different preferences.

Yes! All our mahjong tables are pre-set to Singapore mahjong. Additionally, our tables support multiple game modes, including 3-player mode, Fei, and Joker. The Kinetic and Cyclone models accommodate up to 160 tiles.

Our tables support standard 40mm mahjong tiles.

2. Ordering & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. During sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand.

Standard delivery is free for all locations. However, for non-lift-accessible locations, an additional charge of $50 per flight of stairs applies.

3. Setup & Operation

No! Our tables arrive fully assembled, and our delivery team will provide a brief demonstration on how to use the table.

The table supports multiple game modes, including Singapore-style, Hong Kong-style, and China-style mahjong. Modes can be switched using the control panel or by following the user guide provided.

4. After-Sales Support & Warranty

All QX Automatic Mahjong Tables come with a 12-month local warranty, covering mechanical and electronic defects. The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental drops of poker chips
  • Water damage
  • Wear and tear

5. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface and a small vacuum to remove dust inside the table. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals.

Restart the machine and check the tile sorting mechanism. If the issue persists, refer to the troubleshooting guide in the user manual or contact our support team.

Yes! We provide replacement parts such as tiles, motors, and control panels. Contact us for pricing and availability.

We recommend servicing your table every 6 months, depending on usage.
