We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to affinity83.sg@gmail.com
with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging. To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will process your new order once the returned item is received and approved.
The return label is the customer’s responsibility. You are required to cover the cost of returning the item.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
